Right to information

In accordance with the rules set forth in the Personal Data Protection Law (LOPD /1999), GD&A EQUITY CAPITAL informs of the existence of an automated personal data file created by Gerard Duelo & Asociados, which is under its responsibility and has the purpose of maintaining and managing the relationships with persons requesting information or clients who have given their consent through the electronic forms or by means of e-mail messages. The file referred to has been registered with the Data Protection Agency.

Purpose
